The Battle of the Black Sun
Book Two of the In the Shadow of the Black Sun series is coming along nicely. I've gotten a decent amount of work done on it. I am into Chapter 3 now and am excited by the new directions that things are going in. Can't give away too much although I would love to discuss it here. Have you read Book One? Do you have any questions or comments about the story? Ask away. I will respond to every one of them.
Many people have suggested writing about the actual Battle of the Black Sun. I refer to the battle many times in Book One and it had a deep effect on the main character, Hagan. I have considered it in the past, possibly putting together The Journal of Hagan Marindel. This would be his personal account of what happened from the moment he enlisted until the final day of the battle. Any comments about doing such a book? I would be interested in hearing your opinion.
Well, I'm off. Book Two will not write itself.... or will it?

35 pages into Book Two.
35 pages into Book Two.
The paperback edition of A Dream of Storms has been available from Amazon for a week now and I’m pretty happy with the results so far. I mean, nothing insane… I’m not quitting my day job yet. But I am doing my best to market the book. Trying to let people know of its existence. It’s a difficult thing, as you other independent writers know. Any suggestions for marketing strategies would be helpful and appreciated.I am 35 pages into Book Two as of this writing and things are coming along great. I am really liking the plot ideas that I’ve come up with. New directions for the characters and new relationships. No spoilers here, but some very interesting things are happening.

Amazing 5 star review on Amazon!
My new fantasy novel A Dream of Storms just received a 5 star review from a customer who purchased the eBook. I truly hope that this attracts more readers. Thank you.
I have begun work on Book Two of the In the Shadow of the Black Sun series. The outline has been done for some time now, but now the official writing begins. Roughly 2200 words so far and since I am dead tired, I believe I will head to bed now.
Good night (check local listings).
